About Me

I’m trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. But at the heart of my work is this: 🧡 You deserve a space where you can feel safe, seen, and not judged.

I’ve coached clients from over 10 countries across Asia, Africa, and Europe, supporting them through transitions, burnout, identity shifts, and anxiety. Many of them work in social impact, education, or caregiving roles and feel stuck carrying more than they can hold.

I bring both clinical tools and a deeply human presence. My background includes leading mental health programs at Overcome, running innovation initiatives at UNDP, and building inclusive communities across 28 countries.

No, coaching is not the same as therapy. While both offer emotional support, coaching focuses on present challenges, goal-setting, and personal growth. Linka Lin is a qualified mental health coach, not a licensed therapist, so she does not diagnose or treat clinical mental health conditions.
